Berkshire residents will be waking up to a winter wonderland as snow fell in the county overnight [January 23/34].
A yellow weather warning was issued on Friday, January 22 to warn residents in the county and beyond that snow could be falling within the area, and that they should also prepare for thick ice.
The snow fell overnight between January 23/34.
Reading Borough Council also confirmed on Saturday afternoon that several roads were going to be gritted within the Borough on Sunday morning due to the snow.
According to the Met Office's lastest forecast, the snow is expected to stop at 12pm, before resuming at 8pm this evening.
