TRAVELLERS were seen in an industrial park in Lower Earley at the weekend.
Caravans could be seen parked in Cutbush Industrial Park, Danehill, on Sunday, February 7.
Commenting in a public Facebook group, residents expressed their concerns about the "rubbish" in the area.
A Wokingham Borough Council spokesperson explained: "If the land is privately owned, which it is in this case, it is their responsibility to take the necessary action to evict the unauthorised encampment.

"We have been in contact to support the landowners of this site, offering advice and assistance, and they have advised that the bailiffs have been instructed to move the encampment on as soon as possible.
“The council has also been advised that hoarding and demolition of the site will be starting shortly and this will hopefully prevent further encampments on this area.”
