A SERIES of recent complaints about "nuisance motorbikes" affecting a Reading neighbourhood is being looked into by police.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) assured locals that the neighbourhood policing team is aware of a number of reports of both motorbikes and mopeds being used in an "anti-social way" in Mcllroys Park, Tilehurst.

The force is working with a team at Reading Borough Council to prevent this.
Last summer, five notices were issued to individuals in the Whitley and Southcote area by the South Reading Neighbourhood Policing Team, which can lead to the seizure of the bikes in they are used in an anti social manner again.
It came as reports flooded in about incorrect use of motorbikes, and led to police conducting foot patrols along the Kennet and Avon canal.
Forms have been provided for people in the Mcllroys Park area to fill out in order to document details of the bikes and people involved, which can be accessed here.
