A POPULAR Reading attraction is looking to recruit 'an army' of animal-loving volunteers.
Beale Wildlife Park in Pangbourne is expanding its team to include more volunteers to join as soon as the lockdown is over and the popular site can open once again.
From caring for donkeys and ponies, to maintaining the gardens, working as an archivist and even beekeeping, the team are searching for an array of animal fans.
CEO Lucy Costello said: "We have a variety of volunteering roles available where our teams need support.
"We have been a hive of activity (even when closed) and expect to be busy once restrictions are limited and so want to be prepared with volunteers becoming part of our team as soon as we are able to open."
