A grandmother celebrating a £1 million Lotto win has described how her grandson presented her with a “sweet shopping list” including a dog and a playhouse.
Di Foster, from Reading, Berkshire, said that the win will provide security for her and her two daughters, lunchtime controller Kelly, 27, and 23-year-old waitress Jodie.

The 62-year-old plans to buy homes for all three of them as well as a cottage for staycations.
But Ms Foster had not expected her seven-year-old grandson Hayden to spring his list of wishes on her as well.
She said: “As soon as he heard the news, my oldest grandson, Hayden, disappeared with a sheet of paper and coloured pens.
“In all the commotion and excitement we didn’t think much of it until he reappeared a little later with a very sweet ‘shopping list’ of the things he’d like me to buy him and his brother Theo.
“I won’t be buying him all of it but Hayden, Theo and their cousin will certainly have a few treats.”
The list included a laptop, swing, slide, bike, playhouse and dog.
Describing her reaction to her win, she added: “When I received the email saying I had won a prize, I was trying to find what I had won in the National Lottery app and when I came across the £1,049,669 sum I was in complete shock.
“I live alone and have formed a support bubble with my daughter’s family so I abandoned my coffee and rushed over to Kelly’s to get her to check I wasn’t seeing things.
“My daughter had to pour me a glass of brandy to help with my nerves as the lady on the phone confirmed I was a millionaire – I just burst into tears of joy.”

She added: “This win means I can buy both my girls a house each and also one for me too, we’ve already started looking.
“We want to live close to each other so I can see them and my grandkids as much as possible.”
Ms Foster bought her winning Lucky Dip ticket online, via the National Lottery app, for the Lotto Must Be Won draw on Saturday April 24.
She was one of three winners who shared the Lotto jackpot that night and the winning numbers were 16, 24, 29, 30, 32, 38 and the Bonus Ball was 1.
