A MAN has been charged with burglary, theft from a motor vehicle, assault by beating and assault by beating an emergency worker in Reading.
Jordan Searle, aged 29, of Thurso Close in Reading was arrested on Sunday (May 16) and charged with the offences the following day.
It follows an investigation by Thames Valley Police.

The charges are in connection with an incident that occurred on Sunday at 7.30pm in which a man entered a property on Oxford Road in Reading and took items from inside the house, garage and car.
Police said the man also assaulted the owner of the home, a man in his fifties, when he was confronted, and assaulted a police officer.
Searle has been remanded in custody and will next appear at Reading Crown Court on June 14, 2021.
