After what seems like endless rain in recent weeks, we could be set for a scorcher over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Weather forecasters The Met Office have released their outlook for the long weekend for Reading.
The Met Office has said it will be a 'hot and sunny weekend, possibly cloudy along South East coasts from Sunday.

The forecasters went on to predict that it will be 'very warm throughout with strong sunshine.'
Temperatures on Saturday could reach 20 degrees, with the mercury hitting 21 and 22 on Sunday and Monday respectively.

The wet weather has been relentless in May, with this month being one of the dampest on records for the time of year.
As we enter Summer, the wet weather could finally be behind us - we can hope, at least!
