A MAN from Newbury has been charged with five driving offences.
Nicholas Heavingham of London Road, Newbury, was charged last Thursday, June 10 by Thames Valley Police.
He was charged with one count of dangerous driving, one count of driving whilst disqualified, one count of driving without insurance, one count of driving over a specified drug limit (cocaine) and one count of driving over a specified drug limit (benzoylecgonine).

The charges relate to incidents in December last year and January this year in Hungerford.
Heavingham was arrested on January 6 and will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on July 6.
