Ricky Gervais will be given a Hollywood star after he was named on the Walk of Fame Class of 2022 honours list.
Other famous faces made the list including Just Mercy actor Michael B. Jordan, Macaulay Culkin, Avril Lavigne, Ewan McGregor and DJ Khaled.

It was also revealed that late stars Carrie Fisher and rapper Nipsey Hussle will be receiving a star.
The actor, who has a home in Marlow and was raised in Reading, earns his star for his contribution to the entertainment industry over the past two decades.
The 59-year-old is behind much-loved shows such as The Office, Derek, The Ricky Gervais Show and most recently After Life which is filmed in Buckinghamshire.
After Life has also been named as the most-watched British sitcom in the world two years in a row.

Alongside his 25 Emmy, 11 Bafta and 9 Golden Globes he also holds the record for the fastest selling standup of all time.
The class of 2022 was whittled down to just a handful from hundreds of nominations passed onto the board.

There is no official date for the induction ceremonies but the stars listed have a two-year deadline for the event to take place.
