A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with a head injury following a crash on the A4 last night.
The rider, who collided with a car, was taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital.
South Central Ambulance Service said he is in a stable condition.

The incident occurred around 5pm yesterday (June 23) after Reading Buses reported Sutton Seeds Roundabout had been closed by police following an accident.

Later, AA’s live traffic system reported police had closed the A4 London Road both ways from A3290 (Sutton Seeds Roundabout) to Shepherds House Lane to allow an air ambulance to land.

At 6pm, Reading Buses reported the air ambulance had landed and the road closure was causing delays back to the town centre.
