STRIKE! Reading's Spinners is opening at Broad Street Mall today.
The swanky venue in Queens Walk is an exciting new place for friends and family to socialise over a game of bowling, crazy golf and even darts.
The leisure attraction is the first of its kind to open in the town centre (June 29).
The Chronicle visited Spinners last night to tee-off at the mini-golf course and we had lots of fun.

The space is designed with nature in mind bringing a sense of the outdoors in. An Instagrammable blossom tree sets up a striking view at the start of the mini-golf course.
You can just imagine the groups of girls eager to get a picture underneath the trailing pink leaves.
There's even a stream running through the course with gorgeous little seashells. Attention to detail is definitely there.
The 12-hole course is well-lit too unlike venues like Junkyard Golf where it's hard to see where your ball has landed.
Inside, there's a cocktail bar with cool concoctions including lychee martinis and a classic pornstar martini.
They've kept it simple with the food and offer stonebaked pizzas with a selection of toppings to choose from, including salami and chicken and pesto.
Oh, and they do garlic bread too *winning*.
Then we were booked in for the bowling which was really great fun. The lady who set up our game was even able to adjust the barriers down for those less 'advanced' players, shall we say.
Despite embarrassingly coming last in bowling and mini-golf, Spinner's made me feel relaxed, happy and eager to come back again with my friends.
