This includes @Desserts, a sweet-treat parlour, 3Amigos, a mexican-style restaurant, Saucy chicks, Fat Burgers, Smokey Joe's grilled-food restaurant, Pizzaro, Smokin' Buns Gourmet Burgers, Tiki Tika, an Indian street food restaurant, Bangon Thai street food, and Ok! Ostrich Kick grill restaurant.
On their website, commercial property consultants Hicks Baker detailed the process of the agreement.
A spokesman said on the site: "Due to dealing with a number of ‘fitted’ restaurants during the pandemic, we were familiar with the expanding operators who were seeking restaurants that required minimal re-fits and were therefore able to place this property quickly.
