A MAN is being hunted by police after a young girl was touched inappropriately in a street in Reading.
Thames Valley Police said the 12 year old victim was approached by the attacker about 4.20pm on Tuesday, June 29.
It happened near to the junction of Oakley Road and Kidmore Road, on the hill side
Officers said the man touched the young girl inappropriately over her clothing and the victim ran away.
The offender is described as a Hispanic man, aged around 20, approximately 5ft 7ins tall or shorter. He was wearing a camouflage face mask, a light grey hooded top and black tracksuit bottoms.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Maggie Bruce, of Reading CID, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“I would also urge any motorists who were in the local area around the time of this incident to please check any dash-cam footage in case it may have captured what happened or something that could help our investigation.
