MORE rain is expected to come our way with the Met Office extended their weather warning.
A yellow weather warning has been issued for heavy rain today from 10am until midnight tonight.
Forecasters said: "Slow-moving, heavy showers, with some thunderstorms, are likely to continue to break out during today.
"This may lead to torrential downpours in some places with 20 to 30 mm of rain in an hour and perhaps in excess of 60 mm in some spots in two or three hours."
There is also a chance of more persistent heavy rain developing over parts of southeast England.
Flooding is expected and homes and businesses could be damaged.
Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.
