WITH today's scorcher of a heatwave, animals have been finding genius ways to cool down during one of the hottest days of the year.
Zookeepers at Beale Wildlife Park in Pangbourne, Reading have been keeping their animals cool in the heat today with lemurs enjoying delicious iced treats.

Some of the animals have been cooling themselves down by taking a splash in their pools, including these adorable otters.

The ring-tailed lemurs have been enjoying fruity ice lolly's to keep cool during the 32C sizzler.
