TWO trialists who have trained with Reading FC over pre-season will not be given deals to stay at the club.
Winger Kyle Edwards and left-back Achraf Lazaar had featured in summer friendlies against Lincoln City, West Ham United and Charlton Athletic.
But neither free-agent will be joining the Royals permanently, the Chronicle understands.

Former West Brom man Edwards confirmed he would not be moving to Berkshire on his own Twitter account yesterday evening (July 25).
He said: “Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Reading FC for the pre-season experience. Unfortunately couldn’t get pen to paper due [to] the current situation.
“A great club with great people wish them all the best for the season.”

The club is currently unsure of the transfer restrictions placed on them by the EFL as a result of breaching FFP rules.
The Chronicle understands former Watford FC left-back Achraf Lazaar will not be offered a deal to stay at the Select Car Leasing stadium either.
Veljko Paunovic has made zero summer signings with the season starting in just under two weeks’ time.
