Police are warning residents over bogus council workers and waterboard agents doing the rounds in Reading.
Officers received reports of two distraction burglaries near Gairn Close, Tilehurst.
Two people wore hi-vis jackets and posed as workers from the council and waterboard agency targeting elderly residents.

Police said: "Did you see anything suspicious there yesterday? If so please report to 101 quoting 43210336946.
"If you know anyone who lives in this location now is the time to check in with them & report anything suspicious. We will continue active patrols in the area this week."
