A SCHOOLBOY found guilty of murdering teenager Olly Stephens has applied to appeal his conviction.
Olly Stephens, 13, died when he was stabbed twice in the chest and back after being ambushed at Bugs Bottom fields in Caversham on January 3.
Two 14-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were convicted at Reading Crown Court last month after a five-week trial.

The younger defendant convicted of Olly Stephens murder has appealed his conviction at the Court of Appeal.
The Court of Appeal has received an application for permission to appeal the conviction.
