REPORTS have emerged online after a video circulating appears to show a teenage girl being caught in a mosh-pit and losing a part of her finger at Reading Festival earlier this week.

The video originally circulated on TikTok on Friday, August 27, appearing to show a commotion in the crowd.
The text in the video details how one of the crowd members had queued to see rap artist Aitch well before he was set to perform on the Main Stage West at around 5.15pm.
When he began his performance, the video claims that a mosh-pit crowd quickly formed and forced the person's finger between the safety barriers.

The video below then details how the person caught in the crowd was sent to hospital for their injuries, detailing that full recovery is expected to take a number of months.
