Good news as town centre chippy confirms its not closing
A FISH and chip shop in Reading town centre has been at the centre of attention this week after it appeared to look closed for good.
Mr Chip's located in Oxford Road, Reading was boarded up on Monday with rumours circulating that it has shut its doors.
Someone even said they spotted people in Herbies Pizza uniform eyeing up the unit and 'measuring it up'.

However, Mr Chip's has confirmed the good news that they are not closed and will be reopening their doors very soon.

Owner Mr Sandhu confirmed to the Chronicle that the takeaway is closed for refurbishment.
