The top 50 gastropubs in the UK for 2021 have been compiled by the global travel site Big 7 Travel, with one from Berkshire making the top 10.
The Hind's Head in Bray came in ninth place.
Having a Michelin star doesn't exactly hurt its status, as well as being owned by famous chef Heston Blumenthal.
According to the Big 7 Travel website: "The cooking relies on the sourcing of seriously high ingredients, which are handled by true professionals to cook some of the best pub grub in UK."
Such fine dishes that can be sample include the Duck and Guinea fowl ‘En Croute’: a terrine of duck, guinea fowl, pistachios and trompette mushroom.
In its second year of existence now, the list was determined from a combined score of reader's suggestions throughout the year, online user reviews and Big 7 Travel's editorial team.
London saw seven establishments make the top 50, while Oxfordshire got four in.
A gastropub is defined as a hybrid pub, bar and restaurant serving alcoholic food and drinks.
The list was looking out for those establishments that went above and beyond just ordinary pub grub.
It would be the sort of place patrons would come to for a Sunday roast, house-cured meats an artisan ingredients.
