WHEN Thames Valley Police issues a missing person alert, it is always a relief when a follow-up news release tells us the missing person has been found safe and well.
Just recently, the service announced a ‘vulnerable’ Reading man who had gone missing twice in two weeks had been found safe.
But some people remain missing.
Missing People is a charity that searches for missing people on behalf of the friends and family left behind and provides specialised support to ease their heartache and confusion.

Their website lists dozens of people in the South East who remain missing, some of them several years after their disappearances were first reported.
We are supporting the charity by sharing appeals for information on the people from Berkshire who remain missing after their disappearances were reported in the past year.
