A judge has imposed a curfew on the 55-year-old man who carried out a racist attack in Newbury.
Neil Farley, from Andover, beat a man in a racially aggravated assault on September 12, 2019.
A judge at Reading Magistrates Court on Friday (September 17) sentenced Farley to a three-month curfew with electronic monitoring, starting that day at 9pm.

Farley must remain indoors at his home in Belmont Road between 9pm and 7am every day until December 16 at 7am.
The judge ordered him to pay court costs of £775 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £90.
He must also participate in any appointments or activity required by a rehabilitation officer for up to a maximum of 20 days.
