The following cases were heard at Reading Magistrates’ Court: 

 

July 28

 

BERKE ERSOY, 24, of Wychelm Road, Reading, admitted possession of Flubromazolam, a Class C drug, in Wokingham on January 4, 2021. Fined £40 and must pay £119 in court fees. 

LISA COLLINGE, 51, of Overlanders End, Tilehurst, Reading, admitted assault by beating in Reading on March 13, 2021. Conditional discharge for four months must pay £107 in court fees. 

JUSTIN CLIFT, 33, of Bucknell Close, Calcot, Reading, admitted trespassing at Morrisons, Basingstoke Road, Reading, and stealing a case of Bombay Blue Sapphire gin worth £330 on April 18, 2021. Also admitted assault at the same location on April 22, 2021 and two counts of theft, namely stealing clothing worth £587 at Cotswold Outdoor Limited, Reading, on June 24 and June 28, 2021. Must pay £200 compensation. Community order made. Requirement to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. 

 

July 29

 

MOSES WILSON, 31, of School Road, Tilehurst, convicted of driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance on Malthouse Lane, Reading, on November 1, 2019. Banned from driving for 18 months. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months due to severity of the offence. Requirement to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £897 in court fees. 

JOSHUA-LEE CURL, 20, of The Meadway, Tilehurst, Reading, admitted criminal damage to a property, namely a Viper 32 Moped, to the value of £605.05, in Reading on August 12, 2020. Must pay compensation of £605.05 and court fees of £119. 

SUSAN CHARLES, 61, of Haden Square, Reading, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Reading on December 16, 2018. Must pay compensation of £200 and £395 in court fees. Restraining order from the victim until 2023. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 30 rehabilitation activity days.

PAUL BUKOWSKI, 55, of Oxford Road, Tilehurst, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Reading on March 10, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £3.70. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

LEE CORFIELD, 36, of Russel Street, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Crowthorne on March 13, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £6.40. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

NATALIE KING, 26, of Robert Park Road, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Reading on March 10, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £26.60. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

WINSTON SIMMS, 40, of Elizabeth Walk, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Reading on March 4, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £2.10. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

ROBERT SREBRZYNSKI, 35, of Oxford Road, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Wokingham on March 6, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £4.00. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

SALVATORY TARIMO, 34, of Chatham Place, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Crowthorne on March 11, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £7.10. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

ADE THOMPSON, 28, of Robert Parker Road, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Reading on March 10, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £26.60. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 

SAMANTHA ELLIS, 34, of Anstey Road, Reading, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a train fare in Reading on February 25, 2021. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £19.70. Ordered to pay £224 in court fees.
