A GRANDAD has transformed his home into a real-life haunted house and could be the scariest in Reading.
Ron Goodberry has given his neighbours on Shackleton Way, Woodley, Reading something to be scared of this Halloween.
The decorations feature an eight feet tall spiders web and a seven-foot vampire.
He also has a skeleton head on the front lawn which moves on a motion sensor.

Mr Goodberry said: "This is purely for the kids. It gives them a bit of enjoyment during these times. It puts a smile on your face seeing them smile and freak out."
The Woodley Covid-19 volunteer decided to buy some decorations to give local children something to look forward to this October half-term.
He said: "This all came about from the Covid pandemic. I've done Christmas displays, easter ones. It's just for the local children as it's exciting for them. There's a lot of interactive stuff where they can push buttons. My grandkids love it too.

"My next-door neighbour gets freaked out by the skeleton head, which moves when she comes up the path - it's all good fun though.
"In the end, it's all for the kids. We do a lot of fundraising as part of the Covid Facebook group and for the local food bank, especially when food was so scarce during the pandemic."
Visit his house on 56 Shackleton Way, Woodley, Reading to see the display.
