Police have named a man who was stabbed to death in Reading on Halloween as Tilehurst resident Reece Heffernan.
Thames Valley Police were called to Romany Lane on Sunday at 10:40pm following reports of a stabbing.
Mr Heffernan, 22, died from a stab wound to the chest, according to a post-mortem examination.
A spokesperson from Thames Valley Police said: “Our thoughts remain with his family at this difficult time and we continue to support them.”

Two men will appear in Reading Magistrates’ Court today in connection with the incident.
Hamzah Ahmed, aged 18, of Jubilee Road, Reading, has been charged with one count of murder.

Umer Arshad, aged 23, of Waterloo Road, Wokingham, has been charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
A 29-year-old man and two 19-year-old men, all from Reading, arrested on suspicion of murder have now been released under investigation.
