A man caught drink driving in June could face a year in prison after breaching his ban from the roads for a second time.
Police stopped the disqualified driver in Reading on Wednesday night, who tried to tell officers he was someone else.
Unfortunately for him, one of the officers had arrested him in July for breaking a 12-month driving ban he was serving for drink driving in June.

They seized his BMW 240D, arrested him and remanded him in custody, meaning he could be subject to a year behind bars if his suspended sentence is invoked.

He will face the courts for driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.
When arrested in July, he was also found to be driving with no insurance.
