A 17-year-old girl from Reading has been found guilty of carrying a knife in a public place.
The girl, who cannot be named due to her age, pled guilty at Croydon Magistrates' Court on November 4 to possessing the Stanley knife in a street in Croydon on July 4.

The knife was seized and the teenager was referred to a youth offender panel, where she will be considered for a six month rehabilitation programme.
She was charged £22 to fund victim services and ordered to pay costs of £85.
