Coley Park flats warden Oliver said: "This is the first time I have seen this happen in broad daylight. I have certainly not seen something like this in three months. Hopefully, it is an isolated incident."

The police cordon set up in Coley Park at 2pm yesterday has now been removed and an investigation is ongoing.
