A WOODLEY man who was banned from contacting a person got in touch with them again via a dating site.
Martyn Smith, of Vauxhall Drive, was prohibited from contacting the victim through a non-molestation order made by Reading Family Court on May 13, 2021.
But on October 19, 2021, the 31-year-old made contact with the aggrieved through a dating site, according to a court filing.

Smith was handed a community order which he must comply with until November 2023.
As part of this order, Smith will have to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next twelve months.
