A 17-year-old girl is fighting for her life in hospital after being involved in a crash between a motorbike and a lorry in Reading.
Her devastated family have set up a fundraising campaign for teenager Ellie-May, described as "one of a kind" and "loved by all".
Thames Valley Police were called to King's Road, on Tuesday, December 14, to reports of a serious crash between a motorcycle and lorry.
Ellie-May was rushed to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford with 'life-threatening injuries' and has since been transferred to Ronald McDonald Children's Hospital in London where she is in an induced coma after suffering 13 fractures and a brain injury.
Her aunt, Amy Webb, is rallying behind mum Abbie and dad Paul, who are having to put their lives on hold to be by her side in hospital.
Amy has launched a fundraising appeal to help cover the costs of accommodation to allow Ellie-May's devastated parents to stay nearby.

Posting on the JustGiving page, Amy said: "I cant believe i am writing this. Not in a million years [did I think] I would be writing anything like this.
"My niece was involved in a very serious motobike accident on Tuesday on King's Road in Reading.
"Please pray for my niece as she needs all the help we can get. My niece is 17 year's-old and fighting for her life. She has a lot of serious injuries.
"Ellie-May has a brain injury, 13 fracture's, damage to her leg and maybe arm/ She has very complex injuries. Ellie-May is in an induced coma and a machine is breathing for her so her little body can rest.
"My sister and her family are needing to be close as possible to the hospital 24/7 as it is an hour plus away where my niece is being cared for. Abbie and Paul both haven't worked since Tuesday as at the hospital 24/7."

The family were using the money raised to help pay for accommodation, which costs £370 a week.
All of the proceeds raised from people's kind donations are going towards her care in hospital too.
Amy added: "Everyone who knows Ellie-May loves her. Ellie-May is one of a kind and loved by all. We as a family are so overwhelmed by everyone's kindness and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts we really do.
"As a family, we have now decided to use everyone's kind gift of money to help and use on Ellie-May. We are unable to use it on her yet because of the condition she is in but once she gets home the money is for her needs.
"With Ellie-May's injury's being so horrific and complex its an hour by hour thing but for now we will take the good news and shout it from the roof tops.
Amy has set out to raise £3,000 and already has £1,935.
She hopes to now raise hundreds more to help the family in the tough months which lay ahead.
She said: "We are overwhelmed with everyone's kindness. With Covid and peoples own problem's, people are still showing their love for Ellie-May."
Investigating officer from the Roads Policing unit, Jennifer Lawrie, said: “Firstly, our thoughts are with the woman injured in this collision.
“We would like to speak with anyone who has information which could assist with us as we investigate the circumstances of this incident."
