A man was taken to hospital after being hit by a bus in Reading on Saturday.
Ambulances rushed to Friar Street at 1.20pm after the collision, where the man was found injured and the bus driver “shaken”.
After a critical care car crew treated him near CEX, he was taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital.

A spokesperson for Reading Buses said: “It appears a pedestrian stepped into the road and was struck by a bus.
“Reading Buses are supporting the driver who is understandably shaken by the incident.

“Reading Buses are also co-operating with the police in their investigation, though they indicated at the scene that the bus driver was not at fault.”
Thames Valley Police said that following enquiries, the investigation will be filed with no further action to be taken.
