REPORTS of violence and sexual offences was the highest recorded crime in November, despite a huge drop in rates.
Thames Valley Police has released crime data from November 2021 which shows that there were a total of 1747 crimes were reported last month.
The most common crime was 'Violence and Sexual Offences' which appeared 697 times.

Some areas saw more crimes being reported than others, including Coronation Square (22), Exwick Square (11) and Merchants Place (14).

Educational buildings saw 20 crimes take place and 48 incidents happened at a nightclub, according to the police data.
The second highest crime in Reading was Public order which received 210 reports.
Across the borough the third-highest crime was criminal damage and arson which received 163 reports.
The lowest reported crimes was Robbery(16), Possession of weapons (11) and Other crime (17).
