Berkshire motorists who are heading out and about to celebrate New Years with friends and family will have one road closure to watch out for this week.
And it is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure is due to start next week:
• A308(M), from 8pm January 1 to 6am January 11, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 8/9 to 10, carriageway closure due to smart motorways works, diversion via local authority network.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
