Fireworks welcomed in the new year last night (Friday) across Reading as the clock struck midnight.
Whether at home, in a pub or a bar, residents celebrated the start of 2022 with glasses raised.

Three venues hosting New Year’s festivities were The George, in Loddon Bridge Road, Up the Junction, in London Road, and The Butler, in Chatham Street.
