A CAVERSHAM man has been charged with public indecency after allegedly performing a sexual act at a skate park.
John Biggins, of Star Road, Caversham will appear in court next week.
This comes after the 70-year-old was charged with outraging public decency following an incident in which he is accused of “behaving in an indecent manner.”

According to a court filing, it is alleged Biggins was “masturbating under clothing whilst watching children at a skate park.”
No pleas have yet been entered by Biggins.
The Caversham man is due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, January 12.
