A TEENAGE girl was hit by a car on London Road during rush hour at the start of the week.
The girl, who is reportedly a Kendrick School student, sustained head injuries following the collision at 8.30 am on Monday, January 10.
Police say an investigation into the crash is ongoing.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson told the Chronicle: “Thames Valley Police was called to a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car at around 8.30 am on Monday on London Road.
“The pedestrian, a teenage girl, sustained cuts to her head and was taken to hospital where she has since been discharged.

“An investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.”
Kendrick School was contacted for comment.
