A Reading teenager who drove high on cocaine through the Oracle car park has been banned from the roads.
William Chambers, 18, of Bramley Road, Little London, was caught on the exit ramp of the shopping centre car park.

He was fined £323 on January 6 at Reading Magistrates court for the offence, which occurred on July 10, 2021.
Chambers was disqualified from driving for a year The judge ordered him to pay £85 in costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
He must pay the full amount by February 2.
