Two restaurants operating under one roof have closed down in Reading.
Smokin’ Buns and Saucy Chicks, which opened on October 10, have stopped serving their burgers and fried chicken.
Gourmet4, which owns both brands, had moved them into the former Pizza Express in St Mary’s Butts.

Other brands housed by the company include Ostrich Kick, Bangon Thai Street Food, Smokey Joe’s, 3 Amigo and Pizzano.

The business is aimed at meeting the expectation of Millennial and younger customers, by providing a dining experience that will compete with the convenience of delivery services.
If you're still looking for a place to grab a burger, Fat Twin's opened last month and Gordon Ramsay's Street Burger in September.
