Crown and Horns assistant manager Jane Hartnup said the pub’s success was down to its ambience.
“It’s a nice place, there’s always a nice atmosphere and a lot of laughter and joy. It seems to be quite a happy place to be.”
“One of the things that make it unique is that it’s very relaxed,” she said, adding that staff never rush customers from their tables.
“It’s home cooked food, simply done and good value for money.”
