POLICE are finger nickin’ good after they arrested a man following an offence at KFC in Newbury.
Thames Valley West Berkshire did not disclose what the incident was, only confirming it was a ‘public order’ offence.
The man was also arrested for committing criminal damage offences with his vehicle on four separate occasions to the barrier at Newbury Racecourse.

He also threatened a member of staff at the popular venue.
Officers were also concerned he and another male were involved in the supply of class A and class B drugs.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police West Berkshire said: “Today [February 2] the Newbury Neighbourhood Team have arrested a male for committing criminal damage offences with his vehicle on 4 separate occasions to the traffic barrier at Newbury Racecourse and for threatening a member of staff.

“He was also arrested for a separate public order offence at the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Newbury.
“Along with these offences against people and property, he and a second male were also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A and class B controlled substances.
“This behaviour will not be tolerated. We will pursue offenders that seek to undermine our community with the full force of the law.”
