POLICE are still investigating the circumstances around the death of a man at a petrol station in Lower Earley.
Jason Page, 51, died at the BP petrol station on Chalfont Way following an incident on March 31, 2021.
A probe was launched following the Reading man’s death and two people were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and murder on April 2.

However, the 25-year-old man from Wokingham and the 42-year-old man from Reading were released on bail on two days later.
There have been few updates from Thames Valley Police since the incident, other than to confirm the identify of the deceased.
But a spokesperson from the force told the Chronicle that their investigation it still ongoing.
They confirmed that no charges have been made in relation to the incident.
The two men who were released on bail remained released on bail.

A tribute to Jason Page from his family read: “Jason, it’s so hard to express how we feel, we can’t believe you’re gone.
“I won’t say you ‘were’, instead you ‘are’ loved and missed so much by so many.
“Our memories of you will live on in our minds and our love for you will live on in our hearts.
“If the love we have could have saved you… you would have lived forever.
“Fly with the angels.”
