POLICE were spotted arresting a man off Oxford Road this morning.
Officers were seen handcuffing a man on Prospect Street.
The incident occurred around 9am on Monday, February 7.

Asked to comment on the incident, a Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “This was a routine traffic stop for a vehicle without insurance.
“A male has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving also.”
A photo sent in by a Chronicle reader appeared to show a plain-clothes police officer was also at the scene of the arrest.
