A 29-year-old man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm in connection with a stabbing outside the Victoria pub in Reading.
A man in his thirties was stabbed in Norcot Road, Tilehurst, at around 5pm on Saturday (February 12) after an argument with another man.
Daniel Parker, aged 29, of no fixed abode, was charged today (February 18) with one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and one count of possession of a knife blade/sharply pointed article in a public place.

Daniel Parker appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court this morning and has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on March 15.
Andrew Parker, 37, of The Broadway, Thatcham, was charged on February 14 with a single count of conspiracy to commit GBH with intent and has been bailed with conditions to appear at Reading Crown Court on 15 March.
