A 32-year-old Reading man was fined £1,100 more than a year after breaking lockdown rules.
Ionut-Ciprian Milea left his home in Pevensey Avenue, Caversham, on January 27, 2021, without a reasonable excuse while Reading was under Tier 4 restrictions.

At Westminster Magistrates' Court on February 23, 2022, Milea was fined and ordered to pay £100 in costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £110.00.
He must pay the total sum, £1,310, by March 23, 2022.
