The owners of a garden centre near Reading are selling the business and its four bedroom property.
Glenvale Nurseries in Stanford Dingley is on the market for £1.5m.
It includes a generous entrance hall, a large lounge, dining room and a modern kitchen which opens to a private rear garden, beyond which is the garden centre.
Christie & Co agent Tom Glanvill said: “Glenvale Nurseries occupies a prime location in this sought-after village.
We are inviting offers from all potential buyers whether they are looking to build the horticultural business, develop the storage and light industrial units, or have alternative development aspirations.”

The centre, which is open to the public, has traded for many years and comprises a sales office with toilet and kitchenette, one twin span glass house and one modern twin span polytunnel which are used as the retail sales area.
Behind these is a large open area which is currently used as a further outside sales area. Towards the rear of the site is the area with the planning permission for change of use to warehouse/light industrial units and bike store.
The buildings include polytunnels and a shed and there is also customer parking for numerous vehicles.
