Cupp is opening a bubble tea shop in the heart of Reading.
The store is set to welcome customers before the end of April next to Fit Cookie in West Street.
Cupp replaces Ladbrokes at number 14.

You may have spotted the chain, which started in Bristol in 2012, at the likes of Glastonbury and Wilderness Festival.
Bubble tea is a Taiwanese cold drink made with tea, sweetened milk or other flavourings, and balls of chewy tapioca.
There are CUPP sites currently in Bristol, Cardiff, Slough, and London, with new sites opening this year Camden, Green Street, Harrow, Reading and Manchester.
