A 31-year-old Newbury man has been electronically tagged after damaging the windscreen of a Mini.
Nicholas Heavingham caused £115-worth of damage to the Mini Motor in Hungerford on November 17, 2020.
A judge at Reading Magistrates Court on March 1, 2022, put Heavingham under curfew for three months for the intentional or reckless damage.

Heavingham must remain at his home in London Road between the hours of 7pm and 7am each day until May 31.
A restraining order was imposed and he was ordered to pay £630 in costs.
The judge ordered Heavingham to pay compensation of £75 to the owner of the Mini and a surcharge to fund victim services of £95.
He must also take part in the Building Better Relationships rehabilitation activity programme for up to 15 days.
