A COCKERPOO dog has been stolen after she was spotted being 'taken away in a blue BMW car' last week.
It is believed four men stole Maple in Hogmoor Lane, Twyford, Reading, at around 3.22pm on March 23.
A poster has been shared on social media appealing for Maple's safe return.
A family friend said: "This one of Dave’s best friends dogs and she is utterly distraught. As we would be if one of our girls was taken. Maple is an apricot/red cockerpoo, she is toy sized, nearly two years old, she is the sweetest dog."

The owners are also appealing for dashcam or video doorbell footage which could help police.
Maple is almost two-year's-old and is microchipped and spayed.
She was wearing a pink collar with a silver ID tag at the time.
The poster said: "Four white males in a dark blue BMW took her at 3.22pm. One wearing a high vis vest around 25 years old.
"Car also spotted around Byron Road and Hurst Lane. Appealing for further dashcam and doorbell footage."
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for more information.
