A READING man sexually assaulted a woman whilst drunk at a railway station.
Thomas Finney, of Beechwood Close, Goring Heath, Reading, was convicted of being drunk and disorderly and Twyford Railway Station on June 8, 2021.
The 28-year-old was also convicted of sexually assaulting a woman on the same day at the same location.
Appearing at Reading Magistrates’ Court on May 11, Finney was handed a community order.
He was told he must take part in up to 45 days of rehabilitation activities.
In addition to this, he was ordered to pay £775 in court costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
Finney was also placed on the Sex Offenders register, and must update his status with police for the next five years.
